Lead Times &
Delivery Information |

Our bespoke kitchen
islands are handcrafted to order and we will
contact you within 24 hours of receiving your
order to discuss lead times. As a general
rule you must allow 8 / 12 weeks for delivery.
Our modular islands
take a little less time and you can expect
delivery within 6 / 8 weeks.
We offer a
nationwide service and the delivery costs will
depend entirely on your location. Delivery
would not normally exceed £100.00. If you
are located within a 10 mile radius of Bristol
this service is free.
We will notify you
of the cost delivery when you place your order
and will let you know well in advance when your
kitchen island will be delivered.
Please inform us in
advance if you have awkward or difficult access
to your property. It is helpful if we are
know about steps or small doorways before we
arrange delivery of your kitchen island.
We are an
environmentally friendly company and use as
little packaging as possible. |

Materials |
|
Please note that
our timber islands are handcrafted using
reclaimed materials. These materials can
vary in shape, size and colour to those
illustrated.
Reclaimed
timber, in particular, exhibits imperfections
and idiosyncrasies and is NOT popular
with everyone. Please ensure you are aware
of these characteristics before ordering
products made from this material.
We will endeavour to supply all products as
illustrated but on rare occasions reserve the
right to use other materials subject to
availability. |

Assembly |
|
Our large islands
are normally delivered in 3 sections : 1 x work
surface and 2 x ends and we would recommend
professional assembly.
Our smaller
kitchen islands are normally delivered in 2 sections :
1 x work surface and base.
The Island
Company can
assemble your kitchen island for you at extra
cost depending on your location. This
service is free in Bristol and the surrounding
areas (10 mile radius).
Please remember our
islands are heavy, particularly if they have
granite worktops and will require a minimum of
two people to lift each section. |

Returns /
Damages |
|
Regrettably, we are
unable to accept any returns on products made to
order except if they are defective or damaged in
any way.
Please ensure you have enough space in your
kitchen to accommodate your kitchen island.
We recommend a minimum of 80cm (1 metre is
preferable) around your kitchen island.
If your goods have been damaged in transit,
please call us. Damaged or faulty goods
will be replaced with an equivalent product. |

In the unlikely
event that our goods or services do not live up
to your expectations, please contact us by

We will endeavour
